I currently work at two locations, one in central Hay, and one just outside Hay in the nearby village of Llanigon (2 miles outside).
CENTRAL HAY LOCATION

Psychotherapy Hay is at 16 Castle Street, Hay-on-Wye, HR3 5DF. It is next to Chancellor’s estate agents, and opposite Jones’ hardware store. The green door has the number 16 above it, and there are blinds in the window.
DIRECTIONS
If you are coming from the main Hay-on-Wye Visitors Car Park, just cross the zebra crossing at the top of the car park, turn left along the pavement (away from the Castle), then at the T-junction turn right. You will see the office – pictured above – about 20 yards along on your right hand side.
PARKING
Free: There are a number of free parking spaces in the roads nearby the Psychotherapy Hay office which allow parking for up to one hour, so if you time it right and get out of your car just before your session, you will have time to return within the hour as the sessions are 50 minutes.
Paid: Pay-and-display car parks can be found 100 yards away in the main Hay-on-Wye Visitors Car Park on Oxford Road, and also two minutes’ walk away in Market Square.
ACCESSIBILITY & FACILITIES
Psychotherapy Hay is situated on the ground floor, with one small step up to the threshold. Toilet facilities are available next to the waiting room. The consulting room is very quiet so is suitable for those with auditory sensitivity.
Unfortunately, the front door to the office is not wide enough for wheelchair access and cannot be widened. If you are in a wheelchair and are looking for face-to-face sessions, we may be able to arrange an alternative meeting place. Please do contact me if you would like to discuss further.
LLANIGON LOCATION

My Llanigon office is at The Paddocks, Llanigon HR3 5PN.
DIRECTIONS
If you are coming from Hay, drive towards Llanigon taking the left-hand lane after the festival site. Approx 1 mile down the lane you will see a large truck yard on your right. Directly after that you'll see a a stone-fronted house, and my office is above the garage of this house. You can park directly outside the farm gate, and take the flight of stone steps on the side of the house. There is no waiting room, so please arrive on time rather than early.

The office is situated on the first floor, with a flight of steep steps to access it. Toilet facilities are available next to the office. The consulting room is very quiet so is suitable for those with auditory sensitivity.
Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access, and the steep steps will make this location unsuitable for some people with limited mobility. If you are in a wheelchair or have limited mobility, and are looking for face-to-face sessions, we may be able to arrange an alternative meeting place.
